Refund policy
If your cat snubs it or you're not happy for any reason, you're covered for 30 days from delivery — our Happy-Cat Guarantee.
How to start a return
Email help@zoomiescatlife.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid US return label — return shipping is on us.
Refund timeline
Once your return is on its way (or, for many items, as soon as we confirm the issue), we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days after processing.
Eligibility
- Items should be in original condition where possible. Gently used is okay — this is a happy-cat guarantee, not a gotcha.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we'll sort it out.
