Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping cost

Free standard US shipping on every order. Any expedited options and costs (if offered) are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you can't find your tracking link, email help@zoomiescatlife.com with your order number.

Delays & wrong addresses

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't moved in 7+ business days, contact us and we'll chase it down. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-ship fee.
